Walking Early

Contrary to the past, if you want your child to walk faster, dont use a walker. A jumper can help build leg strength but once again this should not be over used. You want your baby to learn how to use their own strength and not strength of a machine. The tummy time exercise will also help speed up baby walking time.  Encouraging your baby to reach for things will greatly increase her coordination and help along the way to walking. But the most important factor in getting your baby to walk sooner is ample time spent crawling. Also, not helping them walk artificially with your help. This is one of the biggest hindrances of them all. You want them to understand that true success comes from their independent hard work. (I do it all in love little one.)  I think you get the gist of it, time for words of wisdom:" The route to success is always there, but do you really want to pay that cost?"

Baby Bath Time

Baby bath time, an important time for the little one. Always initiate important events with a familiar song. Make it up or look up a classic. You want to make sure this experience is positive. This means don't allow water to enter your babies nose, mouth, or eyes, because it will be discomforting. Bad experiences equal bad moments. Maximize these moments! Play games in the tub, bring his favorite toys in there, this time offers up so many opportunities to learn.  Also, due to the resistance of water it's a great muscular workout as well as a stimulator for the brain. Key word throughout this babies whole life is "stimulation." Passive learning is for passive people, get away from the tv and computer and get active. Stimulate the brain! A baby will only need to be bathed one to two times per week for the first couple months of her life. That's enough with the mundane. Words of wisdom: "I have a brain and so I must learn."

Baby Genius

To create a baby with a higher iq, start signing with him or her at 2 months. There is a video called "Signing Time" that will help with the process. Some say this is way too early, but babies have done it! Never underestimate the mind of a baby! To create a stronger baby, put him on her stomach and the baby will naturally want to lift her head up and work her neck muscles. This exercise is called tummy time. From birth to 3 months total training time should be about 15 minutes a training session. From 3 months to 6 months you can work the training sessions up to 25 minutes. Make sure to support your babies forearms under their shoulder until they are able to maintain this position on their own. Finger pull also another great exercise. I'm going to stop for today, quick word of wisdom: plan, strategize, dominate!
